No bigger than the size of walnut, your two adrenal glands are tiny but serve a massive job in your body. Foods with high levels of B12 and magnesium are great in combatting adrenal fatigue. Coconut oil, olive oil, and raw dairy products are also great, as healthy fats help regulate the adrenal glands. And, of course, lots and lots of vegetables are very beneficial for proper adrenal health.

2. Lower Stress Levels

The adrenal glans are the glands that govern our stress, so it makes sense that relieving stress will thus lessen the stress on our adrenal glands. Better quality sleep is the number one way to relieve stress in the body. This, incidentally, works hand in hand with decreasing your caffeine intake. Exercise, meditation, and yoga are other ways to reduce mental and physical stress.
