TURMERIC DETOX TEA

TOTAL TIME: 2 MINUTES
SERVES: 1

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup/mug of hot water (12-16 oz.)
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 dash black pepper
1 teaspoon Manuka (or raw, local) honey

DIRECTIONS:
Warm the water.
Mix all ingredients together.
